Food waste—especially in developed nations—predominately happens at the consumer level. Increasing awareness through community engagement is a crucial piece of reducing overall food waste.

Discarded or unwanted food isn't necessarily waste; recovery of that food—often at the retailer level—using NetZro's infrared drier to decrease volume, recapture water, eliminate bacteria, and preserve nutrient value is another key part of curbing food waste.

Finally, our goal is to reharvest from the resulting dried food by gleaning valuable nutrients for both premium fertilizer as well as animal and human consumption.

If you want to learn how you can help end food waste, or want to learn more about NetZro in general, feel free to contact us; we encourage it!
